Temp Shells Modular medical elements for -30°C, -18°C, 2 to 6°C, 22°C and 37°C. For the transporation and storage of samples, blood products, homografts, cell cultures, stem-cells, anti-bodies, proteins and temperature sensitive medications
4°C Temp Shells Tempshell 4°C is designed for the transport and storage of erythrocyte bags, medication, tissue samples, specimen, probes for clinical trial and medication under 2 to 8°C conditions.
4°C TempShells and TempFrames are suitable to replace electric cooling boxes and standard ice bricks.
Whatever the climate, be it tropical or arctic, your products will be safe at 2 to 8°C. The element or frame must simply be pre-cooled at 4°C until the fluid is solid under summer conditions. In winter conditions with ambient temperature below 0°C the element should be pre-cooled at 5°C.
-30°C Temp Shells Tempshell -30°C is designed for the transport and storage of fresh frozen plasma bags, frozen samples, stem cells, pharmaceuticals, medication and other deep frozen materials.
-30°C TempShells and TempFrames are suitable to replace dry ice.
Even in hot climate the element will always store your product at -30°C. The element or frame must simply be pre-cooled below -33°C, once the fluid is solid, which can be seen through the transparent casing, the element is ready to use.
-21°C Temp Shells Tempshell -21°C is made for the transport and storage of frozen food samples, frozen clinical specimen and other frozen materials.
-21°C TempShells and TempFrames are suitable hold a product under freezer conditions.
Even in hot climate the element will always store your product at -21°C. The element or frame must simply be pre-cooled below -23°C, once the fluid is solid, which can be seen through the transparent casing, the element is ready to use.
22°C Temp Shells Tempshell 22°C is designed for the transport and storage of whole blood, thrombocytes and cord blood under 20 to 24°C conditions.
22°C TempShells and TempFrames are suitable to replace electric cooling boxes.
A liquid crystal thermometer indicates the actual temperature. The element or frame must simply be kept at 20 to 22°C until the fluid is solid under summer conditions. In winter conditions with ambient temperature below 15°C the element should be kept 23 to 24°C. With proper insulated delta T containers the temperature is kept stable for hours and days.
37°C Temp Shells Tempshell 37°C is designed for the incubation of blood, blood cultures, microorganismen, cells and tissue cultures during transportation.
37°C TempShells and TempFrames are suitable to replace electric incubating boxes.
A liquid crystal thermometer indicates the actual temperature. The element or frame must simply be pre-heated at 37 to 38°C until the fluid is completely liquid. During the solidification the elements will keep the temperature stable between 37 and 35°C, if used in a delta T insulating box or bag.
