Cooling Elements We offer different dimensions of cooling elements filled with high energy fluids that keep temperature form -30 to 37°C. Our standard cooling elements are none-toxic and suitable for transporting food and medications. delta T can provide and validate complete shipping system for up to 120h of transport time.
4°C Cooling Elements
4C Accumulators were developed to keep medication, vaccines, antibodies and probes for clinical trial under 2 to 8°C conditions. 4C Accumulators are suitable to replace electric cooling boxes and standard ice bricks. The Accumulator must simply be pre-cooled at 4°C until the fluid is solid. In winter conditions with ambient temperature below 0°C the elements should be pre-cooled at 5°C.

-30C Freeze Elements are designed for the transport and storage of any deep frozen product such as food or medication under -30°C conditions. -30C Freeze Elements contains delta T´s unique freezing fluid that is none-toxic and replaces dry ice. The elements is leak proof and reusable.

-21C Freeze Elements are designed for the transport and storage of any deep frozen product such as food or medication under -23 to -18°C conditions. -21C Freeze Elements contains delta T´s unique freezing fluid that is none-toxic. The elements is leak proof and reusable.

22°C Cooling Elements
22C Accumulators were developed to keep whole blood, cord blood and platelets under 20°C to 24°C conditions. 22C Accumulators are suitable to replace electric cooling boxes and standard ice bricks. The Accumulators must simply be pre-cooled at 20°C until the fluid is solid. In winter conditions with ambient temperature below 15°C the elements should be pre-cooled at 22°C to 24°C.

37°C Cooling Elements
37C Accumulators were developed to incubate blood or transport specimen under 35°C to 37°C conditions. 37C Accumulators are suitable to replace electric incubators. The Accumulators must simply be heated at 37°C until the fluid is liquid.
